By ordering you receive a written confirmation that secures your reservation of the lodge. When you receive the confirmation, please check the details carefully and inform us immediately if there are any errors. You are responsible for keeping us informed about any possible changes to your contact information.

The stay is paid in full prior to arrival. The quoted price for the product and services is the total price the buyer will pay. This price includes all discounts and additional costs. Further costs the seller has not informed before the buyer, the buyer is not responsible for.

We accept debit (bank card) and the following credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Universal Present card.

For payment transactions from a bank outside of Norway, international payment fees are paid by the guest during purchase.

CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel your stay, we need to be notified four weeks before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel later than four weeks prior, you have to pay half of the total sum. If you cancel your stay later than two weeks prior to the arrival date, you have to pay the full amount.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As the agreement falls under the Right of Withdrawal Act (“Angrerettsloven”) § 22 letter m), the rules on the right of withdrawal do not apply to the contractual relationship.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. items 9 and 10. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council (“Forbrukerrådet”) for mediation.
